House Rules
Dogs accepted case-by-case with an additional $100 fee.
Outside areas are closed 10pm to 8am (pool, backyard, etc).
Two parking spots included. Parking in any non-designated spot is subject to immediate towing.
No smoking or e-cigs allowed. $250 minimum fine if not observed. Smoking outside permitted unless the smell penetrates the apartment (for example by way of a smoking guest going inside and outside very frequently).
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper (including 'flushable' wipes) or place anything in kitchen sink disposal. $250 fee if stoppage occurs.
No outside guests allowed without consent from host. No lifeguard on duty. Minors must have adult present in pool area. Pets accepted case-by-case with fees.
