This two bedroom, 1.5 bath two story apartment has a fully stocked kitchen, in-unit laundry, and plenty of space for your next getaway. Downstairs living area and both upstairs bedrooms all have a Smart TV; you can set up with your own subscription or watch commercial-free Hulu on us.

Guest access

You'll have private access to the entire self-contained townhouse apartment and patio right outside the living room. The shared pool / deck is steps away from your back yard and is not 'private' since it's in direct view of another rental. You'll have at least four patio chairs and a table for your private use.

Additional notes

This is not a party spot. Our home is nestled within a residential neighborhood. Throughout the day we ask that you use conversational-level voices and refrain from playing loud music.
After 10pm all outside areas are closed (pool, patio, etc). This is strictly enforced in order to avoid conflicts with neighbors and the police.

The townhouse is located on a major thoroughfare. While this provides quick access to airport, cruise port, i95, and Miami, it can be quite noisy during rush hours.

Iguanas and other tropical creatures frequent the outside areas and are harmless.
Although we regularly treat the home for pests, occasionally a small lizard or other insect may crawl indoors. We'd be happy to come and remove any if found.

The pool is not heated and can be chilly from December to February.

You are welcome to fish off the pool deck as long as you clean up every time.

Security cameras are pointed towards the front door and motion floodlight cameras in backyard pool areas. They do not look into any interior spaces. This is for your safety in case of injury, break-in, and for our liability in case unauthorized guests or pets are identified.

The A/C is locked at a 70 degree minimum to keep the system in good working order. To maintain the climate please ensure all doors and windows remain closed.

House Rules

Dogs accepted case-by-case with an additional $100 fee.

Outside areas are closed 10pm - 8am (pool, patio, etc).

Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles.

Smoking inside is prohibited. Smoking outside permitted unless the smell penetrates the apartment (for example by way of a smoking guest going inside and outside very frequently).

Do not flush anything other than toilet paper (including 'flushable' wipes) or place anything in kitchen sink disposal. $250 fee if stoppage occurs.

Unauthorized guests are prohibited and will incur $20 per day fee.

No lifeguard on duty. Minors must have adult present in pool area.

Do not feed wildlife.
